I am Mechelle Flippo, a local artist and I work from my home studio in Land O Lakes, FL. I have always been a creative person dabbling in music, drawing, watercolors, and handmade paper crafts to name a few areas of focus. I have tried, failed and succeeded fulfilling my creative nee. It is my emotional and therapeutic outlet. I enjoy creating neutral, calming pieces but am always surprised at how much I love the brighter creations as well. The concepts of color theory, paint chemistry and technology are just as intriguing to learn.  I invite you to come along with me as my interest wax and wane; I never know what I will come up with next!
